Akmani Hotel Jakarta

Location, price, Spacious loby with nice ornament. It gave me smile when I entered it upon arrival. spacious breakfast court with a view. Food option more than expectation for the price.

The bathroom was not that clean especially the shower and the old mirror. Need more maintenance and good house keeping.

Staff very friendly, and helped us to book the bullet train from jakarta to bandung.Plenty of free water from the water machine.Location was good for great street food.A nice small pool with comfy loungers

Bathroom needed a little updating cracked sink and old shower curtain, but it all worked.Nothing else I didn't like

The bathroom is not clean enough, look old and the water drain is clogged when you shower, make a bit flood

The location was great and the meals were fantastic in the restaurant.

The biggest downside for me was the lack of condiments in the dining area. We constantly had to ask for the basic things that complete a meal, such as salt and pepper and butter. Other than that no complaints.

The staff is welcoming and warm. I loved the decor, the impeccable cleanliness, the huge, very comfy bed...and a huge crush on the swimming pool, more beautiful than I could have imagined. I crossed paths with other super friendly Westerners there, before heading to the station on foot the next day.

Very little access to the city, the windows do not open, the terrace only offers a minimal view on it (apart from the wonderful swimming pool which faces it entirely!). It should be noted that this point is not necessarily negative, given that the city is intense and very polluted (and the hotel has nothing to do with it!).

The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a great location and has ok facilities in terms of a gym, massage and pool. The food was good for the price of the hotel.

The pool was a bit small for swimming but ok for a toddler or young children to splash around in. Could have been cleaner in places.

The close proximity to indonesian "kuliner" areas. Great staff. Comfortable amenities. A bit tight on praying areas in the bedroom.

Mould in the shower. Please do something about it or I will buy my own clorox

There were alot of cockroaches in the bathroom and i shared a pic for a sample of that. And the room smell not good at all.

Bed linen was not very clean

Would not let me stay without using a booking agency. Would not let me eat breakfast and put it on the room charge, even though I had no cash and was hungry.

The spread of buffet breakfast is awful. Previously, the choice of breakfast and quality was good.

the team, the breakfast, the pool was good or above average. satisfied. in contrast to other hotels in Jakarta this one looks apart

the gym is small, the AC in the gym is poor.

facilities that were advertised did not exist. no rooftop bar, no cocktails, limited food. also no 24 hr reception - rang reception and concierge numerous times in am for help with transport but no answer. eventually found an assistant who was helpful as reception staff arrived late. the hotel needs to be clear about what services and facilities they provide.
